International Institute of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions is led by its Chairman & President, Mr. Arvind Mathur, a CFA Charterholder, who has over 40 years of global practical experience in the realm of private equity, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, banking, and Investment Banking. Arvind has been invited to give talks on mergers and acquisitions to the board of directors of one of the largest American multinational corporations, and to the senior staff of a portfolio company of Warren Buffet.
