Terms & Conditions
In viewing this site, you agree to the ‘Terms and Conditions’, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Purpose of This Site
This site aims to inform you about out our various training events such as Masterclasses and other events and also about the event/delegate fees for attending the Masterclass .
Use of This Site
You are permitted to use this site for your own personal use and to print and download material from this site provided that you do not modify any content without Private Equity Pro Partner's (PEPP) consent. You are also free to bookmark and share links directing others to content on this site. Material on this site must not otherwise be reproduced or republished, either online or offline, without PEPP permission.
General Refund Policy & Event-specific Refund Policies
Our refund policies are mentioned here and in specific brochures or other announcements of our paid events. The refund policy contained in event-specific announcements or brochures will supersede our general refund described below.
We collect fees primarily for our paid events. These fees may be paid to us directly by a participant , or they may be paid to a third-party service provider such as an online payment platform.
In situations where we have received fees directly from participants, or indirectly from third party payment platforms, our general refund policy is subject to the following limitations of liability :

If the participant's written cancellation notice is received by us one month prior to the event commencement date , 100 per cent of the amount received will be refunded; or

If the participant's written cancellation notice is received by us 10 days prior to the event commencement date , 90 per cent of the amount received will be refunded; or
-
If the participant's written cancellation notice is received by us 3 days prior to the event commencement date , 50 per cent of the amount received will be refunded; or
-
If the participant's written cancellation notice is received by us less than 3 days prior to the event commencement date, no refund will be payable by us; or
-
If the paid participant wishes to nominate another person as a substitute participant, in lieu of refund, then provided such notice of nomination is received at least 2 days prior to the event commencement date, then the nominee will be given access to the event, for which payment has been received by us, without any further charge.
However, please note that where the participant has paid a third-party payment platform and such platform has not remitted the amount the participants has paid to us, then you will need to claim the refund from such platform in accordance with one of the applicable percentage limits indicated above.We have no control over the policies or practices of any third-party payment platform and, therefore you will need to correspond with them directly in matters relating to payment the participant has paid on that platform.
Where refunds are due from us, our best efforts will be to refund the amount as soon as possible within 90 days of the end of the event.

Event-Specific Brochures and Announcements
We usually provide information about our paid events by means of brochures or announcements by means of our email or display on our website. Participants are encouraged to go through such announcements or brochures for terms and conditions tailored to the specific event they relate to. Such terms and conditions supersede the general terms stated herein.
Data Protection & Privacy Policy
PEPP requires you to provide a degree of personal data when registering to this site. You agree that PEPP may use your personal data collected with this site for purposes of inviting you to participate in new services and in events organised, sponsored, or attended by PEPP . PEPP reserves the right to collect and use data relating to visits to this site for monitoring and statistical purposes, and to use cookies for enhancing the usability of this site. Except for the communication of personal data required for the above purposes, PEPP will make efforts to keep your personal data confidential, but cannot guarantee this. PEPP will not allow third-parties to use such personal data for their direct marketing purposes.

Excused Speakers
It is our normal practice to seek firm confirmations from speakers on the basis of which their names are stated in the speaker list. However, at times due to a variety of reasons including parliamentary or official duties of government ministers and officials, personal, health, flight delays, or other emergencies, some speakers might excuse themselves. The event organizer will keep updating the speaker list, but cannot be held responsible or liable for non-appearance of any speaker.
