We collect fees primarily for our paid events. These fees may be paid to us directly by a participant , or they may be paid to a third-party service provider such as an online payment platform.

In situations where we have received fees directly from participants, or indirectly from third party payment platforms, our general refund policy is subject to the following limitations of liability :

  • If the participant's written  cancellation notice is received by us one month prior to the event commencement date , 100 per cent of the amount received will be refunded; or

  • If the participant's written  cancellation notice is received by us 10 days prior to the event commencement date , 90 per cent of the amount received will be refunded; or

  • If the  participant's written  cancellation notice  is received by us 3 days prior to the event commencement date , 50 per cent of the amount received will be refunded; or

  • If the  participant's written  cancellation notice is received by us less than 3 days prior to the event commencement date, no refund will be payable by us; or

  • If the paid participant wishes to nominate another person as a substitute participant, in lieu of refund, then provided such  notice of nomination is received at least 2 days prior to the event commencement date, then the nominee will be given access to the event, for which payment has been received by us, without any further charge.

However, please note that where the participant has paid a third-party  payment platform and such platform  has not remitted  the amount the participants has  paid to us, then you will need to claim the refund from such platform in accordance with one of the applicable percentage limits indicated above. We have no control over the policies or practices of any third-party payment platform and, therefore  you will need to correspond with them directly in matters relating to payment the participant has paid on that platform.

Where refunds are due from us, our best efforts will be to refund the amount as soon as possible within 90 days of the end of the event.

The notice of cancellation, or substitution,  should be emailed to us at

Excused Speakers

It is our normal practice to seek firm confirmations from speakers on the basis of which their names are stated in the speaker list. However, at times due to a variety of reasons including parliamentary or official duties of government ministers and officials, personal, health, flight delays, or other emergencies, some speakers might excuse themselves. The event organizer will keep updating the speaker list, but cannot be held responsible or liable for non-appearance of any speaker.
